About the beach cookout: on a sunny day on the third of april 2019 room 1 and 8 went to
Karoro Beach by the Tasman sea beach for a cookout two people in my group didn't go
so we had a smaller budget it was 15$ other groups then the people that had everyone in
there group my group had three people in it also we made burgers and smores they were
really good. Mrs Mclean, teachers and peoples parents in my group we had me, Lily and
Sasha we left school at 11am and got back to school at one pm we built a pyramid shaped fire.

We got a few rock and we put them in a circle we put gorse,
kindling and lots of dry wood and sticks. After we made the burgers
we took the hot plate off the campfire that Sasha brought and roasted the
marshmallows on the embers we put the marshmallow in two chocolate biscuits
after we ate it we put water on the fire from watson creek then we covered it with sand
after that we got a photo of us and then left. - Eamon
